The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 0.63 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 142.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.36 per cent at Rs 31.08 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.01 per cent to Rs 28.97 crore from Rs 28.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 151.72 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs -1.16 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 38.66 per cent to Rs 2.11 crore as against Rs 3.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 37.13 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 44.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.43 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.86 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore (Sep'18 Rs 0.28 crore).
