The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.31 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 5.17 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 22.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.04 per cent at Rs 18.57 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.43 per cent to Rs 9.52 crore from Rs 8.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.78 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 0.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.70 per cent to Rs 9.05 crore as against Rs 6.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.48 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 2.85 crore (Jun'19 Rs 1.71 crore).
