The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.85 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 7.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.79 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 21.80 per cent at Rs 55.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 71.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.16 per cent to Rs 43.17 crore from Rs 60.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 213.95 per cent at Rs 1.35 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 0.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.19 per cent to Rs 12.36 crore as against Rs 10.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 44.73 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 33.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 28.14 per cent at Rs 4.28 crore (Jun'19 Rs 3.34 crore).
