The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 4.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 93.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 63.85 per cent at Rs 23.71 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.59 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 61.89 per cent to Rs 19.89 crore from Rs 52.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 277.78 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 71.57 per cent to Rs 3.81 crore as against Rs 13.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.33 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 45.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.84 crore, while Taxation decreased by 97.24 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Jun'19 Rs 3.62 crore).
