Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 to consider and approve, inter alia:
(a) Declaration of interim dividend, if any.

(b) Any other business.

The record date for payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be Thursday, March 18, 2021.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Board Members, designated employees and all the connected persons from March 06, 2021 to March 12, 2021 (both days inclusive).
