With reference to the subject mentioned above, we would like to inform you that our Company Sarthak Industries Ltd. does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as specified Para 2.2 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Hence there is no requirement for filing of Initial Disclosure in 'Annexure A' to the said circular for the financial year ended 31.03.2021
