This is with reference to your email dated May 12, 2021 sent by you at 10.40 p.m. seeking Clarification with regard to Book Closure/Record Date for AGM/Dividend.

We would like to inform you that the Book closure is starting from Wednesday, July 14, 2021 to Tuesday, July 20, 2021 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting & Dividend.

As regards the outcome submitted, we would also like to clarify that 13th July, 2021 is the Record date for determining shareholders to whom dividend will be paid. This clarification supersedes our earlier clarification in the matter.

You are kindly requested to take the same on record
