Times Green Energy (India) Ltd. debuts with 0.65% premium at Rs 61.40

Times Green Energy (India) Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 61.40 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 0.65 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 61.00.

The company, which raised 0.07 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 2.58 times, receiving bids for 17.13 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 6.64 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Jun 16 to Jun 22.

Following a strong opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs [BSEHighPrice] and a low of Rs [NSEHighPrice], before closing the session [UpDown] by [ChangePer] per cent to its listing price at Rs [ClosingPriceBSE] on the BSE.

The company anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for (a) Funding Working Capital Requirement(b) Funding Purchase and Setup of Registered Office(c) Funding Purchase of Vehicle and ERP Package(d) Funding Setting up of Sanitary Napkin SBUs(e) General Corporate Purpose.

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd. as lead managers & Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar, to the issue.

Meanwhile, the broader benchmark BSE Sensex closed trade at 52,549.66, down 185.93 points, or 0.35 per cent.
