This is to inform that Mr.Bharath Venkatesh (DIN: 09031790), Additional, Non-Executive Independent Director, Chairman of the Board has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company wide his letter dated 28 July 2021. He has resigned due to new professional commitments and pre occupations and there are no other material reasons other than the one mentioned herewith.

We further confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided above.
Confirmation pursuant to Clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, received from the Independent Directors is enclosed.
