This is with reference to Regulations 30 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations.

In this regard, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, 28th day of July, 2021, inter alia, have:

1. Considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter/ Financial year ended March 31, 2021 along with Audit Report;

Further, the Board Meeting commenced at 5.30 p.m. and concluded at 10.00 p.m.

The results will be published in the newspaper pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
