The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 10, 2021 to August 12, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the payment of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2021 and 99th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 2, 2021. The date of payment of dividend will be September 7, 2021.
