Nestle India Limited has submitted following:
a) the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 30th September 2021 approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today along with the Limited Review Report of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company; and
b) Press Release relating to the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 30th September 2021.

The unaudited financial results shall be published in newspapers as required. The same is also being uploaded on the Company's website.
