LIC Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2022, inter alia, has approved recommendation of dividend for financial year 2021-2022 @ 425% i.e. Rs. 8.50 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each. The dividend on equity shares, will be paid on or after date of AGM.
