The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 129.24 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 142.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.80 per cent at Rs 912.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 781.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.54 per cent to Rs 706.88 crore from Rs 558.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.87 per cent at Rs 4.28 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 3.06 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.60 per cent to Rs 205.97 crore as against Rs 222.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 20.90 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 30.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.51 per cent at Rs 45.32 crore (Mar'21 Rs 47.46 crore).
