HDFC Asset Management Company Limited has informed the Exchange about receipt of In-principle approval from the SEBI for change in control of the Company on account of the proposed amalgamation of HDFC Ltd with and into HDFC Bank Ltd subject to approval of NCLT under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and compliance with the applicable provisions of the PMS Regulations, guidelines, circulars and other directives / provisions as may be applicable.
