Vadivarhe Speciality Chemicals Limited has informed that the Compliance Report on Corporate Governance shall not be applicable to the Company so the Company is not required to submit a quarterly compliance report on corporate governance under regulation 27 (2) of Listing Regulations for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
