The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 16.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.33 per cent at Rs 1,083.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 990.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.20 per cent to Rs 1,009.29 crore from Rs 915.83 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.39 per cent at Rs 59.29 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 49.25 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 1.34 per cent to Rs 73.90 crore as against Rs 74.90 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.79 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 42.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 15.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 217.65 per cent at Rs -2.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 2.38 crore).
