The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.44 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 202.35 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.90 per cent at Rs 29.91 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.93 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 25.36 per cent to Rs 28.57 crore from Rs 22.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 39.38 per cent at Rs 9.06 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.50 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 172.04 per cent to Rs 1.34 crore as against Rs -1.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 150.51 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 20.83 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 145.16 per cent at Rs 1.52 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.62 crore).
