The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.45 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 26.36 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.98 per cent at Rs 85.30 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 77.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.45 per cent to Rs 51.68 crore from Rs 50.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.91 per cent at Rs 1.83 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.47 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 26.30 per cent to Rs 33.62 crore as against Rs 26.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.86 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 32.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.71 crore, while Taxation increased by 30.08 per cent at Rs 4.67 crore (Sep'24 Rs 3.59 crore).
