The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.20 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 86.32 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.83 per cent at Rs 118.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 83.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 64.01 per cent to Rs 99.24 crore from Rs 60.51 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 35.48 per cent at Rs 0.42 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.23 per cent to Rs 19.36 crore as against Rs 23.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 40.92 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 24.53 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.95 crore, while Taxation decreased by 54.49 per cent at Rs -2.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs -4.90 crore).
