The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting today i.e. 22nd May, 2026 has inter alia, considered and recommended Dividend of Rs.1.25/- per share (12.50%) on 3,00,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of RS.10/- each of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Thirty Fourth (34th) Annual General Meeting of the Company.
