The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 22nd May, 2026 has inter alia, considered and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Shri Somesh Laddha as the' Manager' designated as ' Manager & CFO' of the Company for a term of three (3) consecutive years with effect from 22.05.2026 to 21.05.2029, subject to approval of members of the Company.
