The Board at its Meeting has approved the re-appointment S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as statutory Auditors of the Company for Second Term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 30th AGM till the conclusion of 35th AGM of the Company, subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
