Bank A/c Disclosure

As per NSE and BSE Circulars NSE/INSP/55402 and 20230127-42 both dated Jan 27, 2023 stock brokers are required to display on their website the details of their bank accounts to which clients can transfer or receive funds. The following is a list of these bank accounts used by Sykes & Ray Equities (I) Limited (SREIL). However, to ensure the client receives instant credit, we request clients to transfer funds using SREIL online portals (website, app,). In case the client wishes to provide a cheque to transfer funds, they are requested to contact their nearest SREIL Branch/Business Partner.

Investors are requested to note that stock broker Sykes & Ray Equities (I) Limited is permitted to receive/pay money from/to investor through designated bank accounts only named as client bank accounts. Stock broker Sykes & Ray Equities (I) Limited is also required to disclose these client bank accounts to the Stock Exchanges. Hence, you are requested to use the above client bank accounts only for the purpose of dealings in your trading account with us. The details of these client bank accounts are also displayed by NSE on its website under Know/Locate your Stock Broker, by BSE on its website under Member Directory.
