The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.69 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 1.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 50.28 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.85 per cent at Rs 127.73 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 146.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.90 per cent to Rs 121.76 crore from Rs 141.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 96.23 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 2.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.15 per cent to Rs 5.97 crore as against Rs 5.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 33.05 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 70.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.08 crore
