The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.76 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 14.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.31 per cent at Rs 81.40 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 88.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.30 per cent to Rs 65.99 crore from Rs 66.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 48.96 per cent at Rs 3.59 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 2.41 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.78 per cent to Rs 15.41 crore as against Rs 22.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.59 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 9.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.22 crore, while Taxation decreased by 28.72 per cent at Rs 3.45 crore (Jun'23 Rs 4.84 crore).
