360 ONE WAM Ltd has provided an update regarding its proposed acquisition of Batlivala & Karani Securities India Private Limited (B&K Securities), following its initial announcement dated January 27, 2025. The company had earlier disclosed plans to acquire 100% of the fully paid-up equity share capital of B&K Securities on a fully diluted basis, subject to requisite regulatory approvals.

The company has now confirmed that B&K Securities has received prior approval under the SEBI (Merchant Bankers) Regulations, 1992, as of April 21, 2025, for the planned acquisition and the resulting change in control.

Following the receipt of all remaining regulatory approvals and/or no-objection confirmations from the relevant authorities, 360 ONE WAM Ltd will proceed with disbursing the total consideration for the acquisition, as outlined in its earlier communication, in compliance with applicable legal requirements
