The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.17 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4070.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.51 per cent at Rs 16.73 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.47 per cent to Rs 15.59 crore from Rs 16.15 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 830.91 per cent at Rs 5.12 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.06 per cent to Rs 1.15 crore as against Rs 1.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.94 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 16.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.79 crore
