Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that Dr.C.Channa Reddy an Independent Director of the Company vide letter dated 27th January 2015 has submitted his resignation due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on 4th February 2015 has noted and taken on record the resignation of Dr.C.Channa Reddy as an Independent Director of the Company.
