Jetking Infotrain Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter of the year 2014-15, ended December 31, 2014.

Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Regulation shall remain closed from Monday, February 09, 2015 till Friday, February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of adoption of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
