NTPC Ltd. on Monday, 26 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 33.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 04 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 04 September 2025.

The last five dividends are 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 31 January 2025), 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 31 October 2024), 32.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 07 August 2024), 22.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2024) and 22.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 03 November 2023).
