Parsvnath Developers Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Parsvnath Landmark Developers Private Limited, is developing the upscale group housing project Parsvnath La Tropicana at Magazine Road, Civil Lines, Delhi. Spread over 16.82 acres in a prime location with seamless connectivity to key commercial and residential hubs, the project comprises a total of 505 flats, of which fit-outs for 353 flats have already been offered.

Phase I features seven towers with 169 flats and Phase II has nine towers with 180 flats. Fit-outs for all Phase I units and most Phase II units have been handed over. Phase III includes five towers with 156 flats, of which one tower (22 flats) is complete and the remaining four are under active construction, with fit-outs expected to be offered within calendar year 2025.

The project’s Phase I towers received the Fire Safety Certificate from the Delhi Fire Services on September 9, 2025.
