The company achieved its highest-ever score of 100 points in the benchmark assessment, marking a significant milestone in its decade-long participation since 2013. Godrej Properties’ ESG disclosures are prepared in line with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and externally assured to ensure transparency and integrity.

GRESB is a globally recognized organization that assesses and benchmarks ESG performance of real estate companies and funds worldwide. Each year, it celebrates top performers with the aim of driving industry-wide improvements in sustainability practices.
