Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors;\r\niii. The draft Notice of the Postal Ballot for seeking consent of the Members of the Company for entering into Material Related Party Transaction with VIP Industries Limited for purchase of an immovable property named VIP House at Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
