The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.22 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 7.38 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 97.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.78 per cent at Rs 17.66 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 20.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.17 per cent to Rs 16.42 crore from Rs 18.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 109.69 per cent at Rs -0.69 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 7.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 39.81 per cent to Rs 1.24 crore as against Rs 2.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 28.51 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 25.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation decreased by 89.38 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.60 crore).
