The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.65 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 34.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.36 per cent at Rs 44.87 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 36.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.43 per cent to Rs 41.41 crore from Rs 33.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 71.43 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.22 per cent to Rs 3.46 crore as against Rs 2.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.82 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 7.87 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.82 crore, while Taxation increased by 400.00 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
