The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.84 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.88 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 179.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.20 per cent at Rs 74.90 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.68 per cent to Rs 54.06 crore from Rs 43.71 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 169.57 per cent at Rs 1.24 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.46 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 66.45 per cent to Rs 20.84 crore as against Rs 12.52 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 24.97 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 23.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.05 crore, while Taxation increased by 168.97 per cent at Rs 3.90 crore (Sep'24 Rs 1.45 crore).
