The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.35 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.62 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 54.20 per cent at Rs 30.57 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.74 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 52.95 per cent to Rs 31.88 crore from Rs 67.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 0.52 per cent at Rs 1.92 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.93 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 27.45 per cent to Rs -1.30 crore as against Rs -1.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 178.43 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation decreased by 4.55 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.22 crore).
