Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14th November, 2025 has:\r\n \r\nConsidered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2025. The Statutory Auditors have carried out Limited Review for the said quarter.\r\n\r\nAn extract of the Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the half year ended 30th September, 2025 is enclosed herewith.\r\n\r\nThe meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3.45 P.M. and concluded at 5.15 P.M.\r\n
