The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.77 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 31.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.22 per cent at Rs 25.00 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.82 per cent to Rs 22.49 crore from Rs 18.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 89.47 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.19 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 24.17 per cent to Rs 2.51 crore as against Rs 3.31 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.13 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 20.31 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.64 crore).
