The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.41 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.60 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 300.63 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.63 per cent at Rs 56.99 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.30 per cent to Rs 49.52 crore from Rs 40.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 73.72 per cent at Rs 2.71 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.56 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 388.24 per cent to Rs 7.47 crore as against Rs 1.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 260.16 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 44.12 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.49 crore, while Taxation increased by 234.85 per cent at Rs 2.21 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.66 crore).
