The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.55 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 39.56 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 2.38 per cent at Rs 25.86 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 25.26 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.56 per cent to Rs 25.21 crore from Rs 24.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 24.30 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 2.99 per cent to Rs 0.65 crore as against Rs 0.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 5.64 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.43 per cent at Rs 0.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.14 crore).
