This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. on 16th January, 2026, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has elevated Director - Mr. Rishab Chhajer as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 16th January, 2026 and now his designation will be Managing Director of the Company.
