This is to inform that, the Board Meeting held on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 stands adjourned as the financial results were not approved by the Audit Committee and the meeting of Audit Committee is adjourned till Thursday i.e 22nd January, 2026 due to the process of assessing the financial impact of employment benefits during the the employment and post employment in accordance with the new labor codes. In this regard an external agency has been engaged for evaluation and the company is awaiting their final assessment report. Therefore the Board meeting is also adjourned till Thursday, January 22nd 2026 which will be held at the registered office of the company at 02.00 PM inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated Financial Results of the company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025\r\n
