In Continuation of our Earlier Disclosure Dated on 8th December,2025, the Company wish to inform that it has received Communication from Both the Depositories i.e.NSDL and CDSL Confirming that Change in RTA from MUFG Intime India Private Limited to Alankit Assignments Limited has been effected in system of both Depositories w.e.f. 22nd January ,2026.
