The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.42 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.00 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 42.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.49 per cent at Rs 17.46 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.67 per cent to Rs 16.01 crore from Rs 14.21 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5100.00 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.00 per cent to Rs 1.45 crore as against Rs 1.45 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.36 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 90.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.35 per cent at Rs 0.45 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.34 crore).
