Considered and Approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended 31.12.2025. A copy of the unaudited Financial Results duly recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company together with Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith.
