The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 300.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.11 per cent at Rs 7.89 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 13.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 31.47 per cent to Rs 9.80 crore from Rs 14.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 313.89 per cent at Rs 4.47 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.08 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 344.19 per cent to Rs -1.91 crore as against Rs -0.43 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 673.80 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 3400.00 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).
