The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.65 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 126.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 72.64 per cent at Rs 58.75 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 68.29 per cent to Rs 55.72 crore from Rs 33.11 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.95 per cent at Rs 0.32 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 225.81 per cent to Rs 3.03 crore as against Rs 0.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 89.01 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 157.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 153.57 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.28 crore).
