The Exchange has sought clarification from the Company with respect to an intimation received from CRISIL Ratings Limited, concerning the Company being non-cooperative with reference to providing of necessary information / data for preparing the Monitoring Agency Report by the rating agency for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The Company is required to clarify the same along with the reason for non-submission of a Monitoring Agency Report of for the period ended September 30, 2025. The response of the Company is awaited.
